You may cancel your order for any item purchased at In-Trend. However, do take note that you will not receive any form of refund. In-Trend strictly does only one-on-one exchange. In order to qualify for a one-on-one exchange, you must:
1. Inform us within seven working days of delivery of your item(s) by emailing us through firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order such as receipt number/copy and the issue that you faced.
2. Take reasonable care of the item(s), leaving all item(s) such as size tags intact. The item(s) should be returned in original packaging.
3. Return the item(s) to us as soon as possible but certainly within 14 days. Please ensure you obtain a Certificate of Mailing from the Post Office if you are returning through mail. In-Trend Uniforms does not accept responsibility for the loss of packages sent back to us by a customer. Therefore, we encourage you to return your items using recorded delivery. Proof of postage and recorded delivery receipts need to be retained by the customer. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us unless the items are faulty.
4. Alternatively you can drop by our retail store and exchange your items.
